President Sandra Stephenson is a long-time California resident holding California real estate licenses with over 15 years’ experience in the regulatory and legal fields. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from California State University Fresno and a Master’s Degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in Land Use and Urbanism, from the University of California Davis. Her extensive research has covered such areas as transportation planning, cultural identities related to mobility, the environment and the regulatory climate.
